READ ME 2: INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

Namaste and thank you for your purchase of your session and your ongoing confidence in me. I feel flattered you've chosen me. It's of the utmost importance that the experience I give you is the best it can possibly be.
I strive to be able to assist you in navigating your situation quickly and effectively so you don't have to keep coming back which is why I do not offer "packages," so let's make the most of our time together. AFTER YOUR SESSION PURCHASE: Once you've made your online purchase you'll immediately receive your receipt and order number. A copy will also be conveniently emailed to you. Shortly thereafter (usually within 24 hours or sooner) you'll receive an email to assist you through the easy scheduling process.
OFFICE HOURS: Sessions are conducted at all different times to accommodate various schedules all over, however we have specific office hours that we answer our phone and email. Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm, EDT.
SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT:
Selecting Your Appointment Time: We offer appointments to suit your scheduling needs. To keep things simple we schedule based on the EDT Time Zone. To check time zones please click here.
Confirmation: Once your appointment is scheduled, it is considered CONFIRMED. Please remember that it's your responsibility to call in at your scheduled time.

RESCHEDULING / MISSED APPOINTMENTS:
If you need to reschedule due to Covid-19 please contact us so we can accommodate you. Please mark your calendar now as we do not send out reminders and we wouldn't want you to miss your appointment. If you must reschedule we ask that you give us at least 3 days notice as there are others who would enjoy receiving a sooner opening should one become available. Please do not no-show for your appointment. Thank you.
Please Be On Time: We understand that schedules can get busy however if you arrive or call in more than a few minutes late, this may cause you to lose time in your session. You don't need to be early, just be on time.
Preparing For Your Session: Preparing for your session is easy. Other than being on time, in an area of good reception free of noisy distractions and having something with which to take notes, there's nothing else you need to do on your part to prepare.
A few points that greatly enhance your experience
1. Have paper & something to write with in order to take good notes.
Taking excellent notes affords you the opportunity to revisit your experience in the future and to reflect on our time together.
2. Be in a safe, comfortable space.
Being in a safe, comfortable space absent of any distractions or background noise will greatly enhance your experience. Proper phone or wifi reception can also greatly impact your experience.
3. Be open, be yourself and get excited!
It's my objective to help you gain clarity, insight and understanding in a safe, non-judgmental space. I'd like to empower you to begin confidently navigating your own path, steering you toward your fullest potential for happiness. I look forward to working with you!
If after your appointment you would like to send me an update about how things have been going for you, I'd love to hear from you! There's no need to purchase subsequent appointments for a "touch base" unless you really feel you need one. Things like helping you construct a message or response to your partner, etc., you can simply send me an email.
